Walking into a church can feel uncertain — especially if you’ve been away for a while, had a difficult experience, or are simply unsure what you believe.

At Oikos, you are welcome to come just as you are.

We see Sunday worship as one of the ways people begin learning faith — by being present, listening, asking, and taking their time.


What a Sunday Is Like

A typical gathering is about 60 minutes and includes:
• Music that invites reflection rather than performance
• Scripture centered on Jesus
• A Discovery Bible conversation, where we ask simple questions and explore the passage together
• Space to listen, reflect, and share (as you feel comfortable)
At Oikos, learning happens through conversation, not lectures.
You are always free to simply listen.


Children at Oikos

Covenant & Kingdom Kids takes place during the message.
Children are dismissed partway through the service to a safe, caring space where they learn faith in age-appropriate ways.
Parents are always welcome to walk their children to the room and stay as long as needed.


The Lord’s Supper

We celebrate the Lord’s Supper every Sunday.
This meal is a gift of grace — Christ given for you.
You may come forward, remain seated, or receive a blessing.
There is no pressure, only invitation.


Brunch Sundays

On select Sundays, we share a simple meal together.
We call these Brunch Sundays — a relaxed way to gather, eat, and reflect on Scripture around the table.
You don’t need to bring anything.
You don’t need to know anyone.
You are welcome to join us.

You’ll be welcomed by real people who understand that showing up takes courage.
You’re free to:
• Sit quietly
• Come late or leave early
• Observe without participating
• Ask questions or simply listen
There is no pressure to engage beyond what feels right.

What should I wear?

Whatever helps you feel at ease. There is no dress code here.

What if I’m unsure about faith?

You are not alone.
Oikos is a place for:

• Healing and growth
We believe faith matures through practice and patience, not pressure.
