MARGIN: WEEK 2
Ephesians 5
What would you do if you suddenly had 25 hours in a day?
MARGIN: it is the amount available beyond what is necessary
15So be careful how you live. Don’t live like fools, but like those who are wise. 16Make the most of every opportunity in these evil days. 17Don’t act thoughtlessly, but understand what the Lord wants you to do. Ephesians 5:15-17
Is it wise for me to do it?
Would God want me to do this?

We have to say NO to some things so we can say YES to the better things
Don’t copy the behavior and customs of this world, but let God transform you into a new person by changing the way you think. Then you will learn to know God’s will for you, which is good and pleasing and perfect. Romans 12:2
Busyness does not equal productivity
Would I say yes for who’s APPROVAL?
Would I say yes because of AMBITION?
Would I say yes to feed my APPETITE?
Two things important for your relationship with God
1. Time with God
33Seek the Kingdom of God above all else, and live righteously, and he will give you everything you need.-Matthew 6:33
2. Intentional times of rest.
Yes, I am a follower of Jesus, but I don't have consistent intimate time with God.
Yes, I am overwhelmed and I find it difficult to rest and when I do I often feel guilty?
